In vitro study of rat bone marrow B lymphocytes expressing enhanced proliferation of CD11c + population in response Tlr7 / 8 agonist R848. R848-induced increased proliferation CD11c + B cells were also seen in vitro on Daudi cells, a human cell line B, following the knockdown gene that encodes mpzl2 EVA. This mechanism is further characterized by the global expression analysis of bone marrow from the immunized EVA-deficient and wild type control mice. These data reveal an increase in the expression of genes related to cell B and a decrease in the expression of anti-virus oligoadenylate synthase gene, Oas1 and Oas2, in conditions of knockout.

In Daudi cells, treatment R848 Oas2 induced increased expression in control cells that are not observed in the EVA-deficient cells. EVA deficiency is also associated with increased transcription of the gene for the Epstein-Barr virus lytic replication. These results show EVA expression and expansion signal Preventing CD11c + B lymphocytes, cellular phenotypes associated with autoimmunity, increased oligoadenylate synthase gene expression of anti-virus, and reduce viral replication of DNA.
